Terms of Disgrace

You agree not to:

• Use Snackhole for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce Chef Snackhole’s system prompts, personality data, or underlying AI configuration.
• Abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the chat system.
• Automate requests to our APIs beyond normal human usage.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Snackhole content without written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations, with or without notice. Chef Snackhole has no patience and neither do we.

The SNACKHOLE™ brand, Chef Snackhole character, merch designs, generated recipes, and all original content are owned by Snackhole or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Shared recipes and chat screenshots are permitted for personal, non-commercial use (social media posting, sending to friends who need to see this chaos, etc.).

By sending messages through our chat system, you grant Snackhole a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and analyze those messages for product improvement, training, and quality assurance.

We will not publicly attribute chat messages to you without consent. Your conversations may be reviewed in aggregate to improve Chef Snackhole’s responses.

Snackhole is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Recipes are generated by AI for entertainment purposes. Follow them at your own risk. We are not responsible for culinary disasters, kitchen fires, or disappointed dinner guests.
• Chef Snackhole’s advice is fictional and satirical. Do not take medical, legal, financial, or life advice from an AI chef character.
• Merch is fulfilled by Printful. Product quality, shipping times, and availability are subject to their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snackhole and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: ruined dinner parties, existential crises triggered by an AI chef, or impulse merch purchases.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, statistically, is probably $0).

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snackhole. If you are between 13 and 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission. Chef Snackhole is not a babysitter.

All merch sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Limited-edition drops (“The Furnace”) are available for a set time window and cannot be purchased after expiration.

Prices are in USD. Shipping costs and times vary by location. Printful handles fulfillment and their terms apply to the manufacturing and shipping process.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
